Shipping policy

Tough Connexion offers $14.95 standard shipping or $21.95 express shipping on all purchases online within Canada. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page to choose your shipping option. We will ship your order within two (2) business days after we receive payment from you. Tough Connexion offers free standard shipping for all orders over $100.

If Tough Connexion ("we") has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you. In-stock orders (exclusing backorder and pre-order items) ships within two (2) business days after we receive your full payment. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock, of which we will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. 

International Order

Standard shipping - $19.90CAD 

Express Shipping - $34.90CAD 

Taxes and duties will apply. Please note that buyers are solely responsible for all taxes and duties accumulated with the purchase. 

Backorder & Pre-order

Backordered and pre-order items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.  Please note that when ordering items that are in Out-of-stock, Backorder and/or  Pre-order status, full payment is taken at the time of ordering.
