 Payments and Shipping 

Tough Connexion offers custom shipping on all purchases online within Canada. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page to choose your shipping option for shipping estimates. We will ship your order within two (2) business days after we receive payment from you. Tough Connexion offers free standard shipping for all orders over $100.

If Tough Connexion ("we") has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you. In-stock orders (exclusing backorder and pre-order items) ships within two (2) business days after we receive your full payment. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock, of which we will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. 

International Order

Standard shipping - Approximately $19.90CAD 

Express Shipping - Approximately $34.90CAD 

Taxes and duties will apply. Please note that buyers are solely responsible for all taxes and duties accumulated with the purchase. 

Backorder & Pre-order

Backordered and pre-order items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.  Please note that when ordering items that are in Out-of-stock, Backorder and/or  Pre-order status, full payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Returns & Refunds (for online purchase)

To ensure your optimal satisfaction, Tough Connexion offers a fourteen (14) day refund and/or exchange policy for all regular priced items. The procedure is as follows:

 

What you need to return your item(s):

  • The original receipts (invoices) from your purchase.

  • Original method of payment ( If PayPal was used, your PayPal account will be credited for the return amount. There are no fees for using PayPal.)

  • Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer or Tough Connexion (including all manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items). 

  • Contact info@toughconnexion.ca to request for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days

Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE. Refund or exchange will not be accepted on all sale merchandises. 

 

Buyer are responsible for returning the item(s) in re-saleable condition at your own cost (Shipping and Handling). The original shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part (eg. we have sent the wrong item) or we have determined that the product is defective.

 

The item(s) must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we reserve the right to not provide a refund.

 

Once Tough Connexion receives the returned product and have assessed the product(s) to be in resale-able condition, you will be credited within thirty (30) days to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order.

 

Note: We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items. Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.
